2025 E3 Saxo Classic is in the books. The final results and standings are below, followed by our recap of how the race unfolded.

** A Commanding Solo Show by Mathieu van der Poel **
Mathieu van der Poel was untouchable in the E3 Saxo Classic for the second consecutive year. He shook off his fellow attackers - Mads Pedersen, Filippo Ganna, Aimé De Gendt, and Casper Pedersen - on the Oude Kwaremont and soloed to victory. Mads Pedersen finished second, while Filippo Ganna took third.
The peloton split into two as they reached the first hill, the Katteberg. The second group chased, lagging 3 minutes behind, with big names Mads Pedersen, Wout van Aert, Mathieu van der Poel, and Filippo Ganna onboard.
​After around 50 kilometres, Dries De Bondt, Julius van den Berg, and Rory Townsend broke away from the leading group, establishing a 1-minute advantage over the first peloton.
The three were reeled in with 137 kilometers to go, while significant regrouping occurred on the Kanarieberg, with 110 kilometers remaining.
Aimé De Gendt attacked on the Knokteberg, with Casper Pedersen bridging across. Behind them, Mads Pedersen and Mathieu van der Poel launched an attack from the peloton on the Taaienberg. Filippo Ganna rejoined them after the summit, and the three quickly caught up to De Gendt and Pedersen.
Van der Poel shook off the others on the Oude Kwaremont, reaching the summit 20 seconds ahead of Pedersen. Gradually, the defending champion distanced himself further from the Dane.
Van der Poel won the E3 Classic over 1 minute ahead of Pedersen, with Ganna finishing in third position.
