De Kleijn wins Milano-Torino
In a surprise twist, Dutchman Arvid De Kleijn won the 114th edition of Milano Torino, putting Tudor Pro Cycling on the map for the 2023 season. De Kleijn nudged out pre-race favorite Fernando Gaviria (Movistar Team) and Casper Van Uden (Team DSM) to take the biggest win of his career after 192km of flat and windy racing.
"I feel great," De Kleijn said. "The team did an amazing job for me. I was confident this morning because of the environment I’m in now. Once I was put in a good position I knew I was going to win. With the lead out I got I managed to beat some top sprinters. It’s great.”
