Filippo Ganna was the fastest in the chronoprologue of the Tour de la Provence 2022. The standard bearer of the Ineos Grenadiers covered the 7.1 km that opened the short transalpine stage race with a time of 8'04 ". jersey of leader of the general classification. The two-time world champion in specialty has trimmed 12 "to teammate Ethan Hayter and 13" to Tobias Ludvigsson (Groupama - FDJ), who for a long time occupied the first provisional position.
