Course Preview
Stage 4 is another unusual stage for this year's edition of the Tour de France. From the town of Sisteron, the peloton will turn north toward the Alps, and its first summit finish at ski resort Orcières-Merlette. The 157km stage is designated as a hilly one, and ends on a 7.1 kilometre climb with a gradient of 6.7 percent.
