Course Preview
The Tour de France will leave Nice today, and venture west through the lavender fields of Provence, before heading north to the finish in Sisteron. The latter half of the 198km stage is mostly flat and designed for a sprint finish, but we can't rule out the breakaway specialists, who will take advantage of the lumpy opening kilometres.
