Course Preview

Sunday 11 September will see the Tour of Britain conclude in the heart of London, using the same highly popular circuit as used by the 2015 edition of British Cycling's premier road cycling event, with Stage Eight getting underway at 1430.

Starting and Finishing from Regent Street St James, just below Piccadilly Circus, riders will contest 16-laps of the circuit giving a 100-kilometre stage distance to complete the 2016 Tour of Britain.

Passing sites such as Regent Street, Piccadilly Circus and Trafalgar Square on every lap the circuit is great for spectators looking to see the world's top riders racing on the streets of London. In addition to the racing you'll be able to visit our promotional area just off Trafalgar Square, see the teams preparing for the final stage and of course post-race watch the final podium presentations at the junction of Pall Mall and Waterloo Place.
