Course Preview
The Tour concludes with an explosive 99.2-kilometer circuit around Nice rather than a ceremonial procession. The riders will climb the Col d’Èze four times, with the first three ascents each covering 7.7 kilometers at an average gradient of 5.9%. The final lap adds the Chemin du Vinaigrier and Col des Quatre Chemins, transforming the last ascent into a six-kilometer climb averaging 7.6% and including more than a kilometer at 12%. The final summit comes just 15.4 kilometers from the finish, leaving a fast and technical descent through Èze and Villefranche-sur-Mer before the race returns to the Promenade des Anglais. If the overall standings remain close after Mont Ventoux, the yellow jersey could still change hands on the final day.
