Simmons Wins Stage 3

American champion Quinn Simmons pulled away from his fellow escapees in the last 20 kilometres, fending off the pursuing peloton to clinch victory. Romain Grégoire maintained his overall lead.

The initial attackers were Jasper De Buyst, Nans Peters, Max Walker, and Quinn Simmons. While the peloton pursued, the group eventually broke clear, with Brent Van Moer, Emiel Verstrynge, and Samuele Battistella taking De Buyst's place. The six collaborated to establish a lead of over 2 minutes.

By the final 40 kilometres, only Battistella, Simmons, Van Moer, and Verstrynge were left in the breakaway, as the peloton narrowed the gap to just over a minute.

On the Knolhusen climb, with just over 20 kilometres to go, Simmons dropped his escape companions. He reached the top of the last categorized climb with a 30-second advantage over the peloton, with just over 10 kilometres remaining.

Neilson Powless initiated the chase on the flat stretch that followed but failed to catch up. Similarly, Felix Gall was unable to close the gap in the final moments, as the American champion surged to an impressive solo victory.

João Almeida easily outpaced Oscar Onley for second place, while Romain Grégoire secured fourth, preserving his overall race lead.
