Stage 7 of the 2025 Tirreno-Adriatico is in the books. The final results and standings are below, followed by our recap of how the race unfolded.

Sprint Triumph Milan, Ayuso Seals GC
Jonathan Milan clinched his second stage win at the Tirreno-Adriatico on the final day, while Juan Ayuso secured the overall general classification victory. Filippo Ganna and Antonio Tiberi completed the podium, finishing second and third, respectively. Mathieu van der Poel attacked shortly after the start, joined by Kévin Vauquelin, Lucas Hamilton, Bjoern Koerdt, and Manuele Tarozzi. The five raced to a lead of 1.30 minutes.
The gap nearly closed on the day’s only climb when Van der Poel continued solo. Soon after, he also called it a day.
Filippo Ganna won the intermediate sprint, thereby overtaking Antonio Tiberi in the general classification.
The peloton remained together in the final laps. Milan surged to victory in the ensuing bunch sprint, while Juan Ayuso sealed the GC triumph, with Ganna and Tiberi rounding out the podium.
