Dylan Teuns (TBV) won stage 1 of Tour de Romandie after pipping Rohan Dennis (TJV) at the line during the uphill sprint after 178km of racing. The Belgian will move into the leaders jersey after Ethan Hayter (IGD) got caught up in a big crash right before the finale.
