Course Preview
The 2018 Tour d'Italia Grande Partenza starts outside of Europe for the 13th time in its 101 year history. This year, the Corsa Rosa has chosen Israel as the site of its opening stage. Just inside 10 kilometres in length, the individual time trial will test not only the riders' legs, but technical saavy as the roads weave left and right and up and down through narrow downtown streets of Jerusalem. The start and finish will be close to the walls of the Old City, adding to the drama of the stage.
