Course Preview
It will take only three stages before the Vuelta reaches the Pyrennes for the first mountain stage of the tour. At 158 kilometres with two first-category climbs and one second-category, it is the first real test on the riders' legs. The stage starts in France and drops down into Andorra for the finish, where we can expect the winner to come from a reduced breakaway or group that made it over the mountains first.
