Course Preview
Stage 16 features a 40.2 kilometre individual time trial after the final rest day of the Vuelta a Espana. It is mostly flat and fast toward Logroño, the town where the riders previously enjoyed their day off. With five stages remaining in the race, it will be an important day for the GC leaders.
