Course Preview
The 2017 Vuelta a Espana will kick off with a short, technical team time trial which will test all nine professional riders on every team taking part in this year's event. Over the next 13.7 kilometres, expect a tight race through the historical and colorful streets of the French city of Nîmes. The first of 22 teams competing in the Spanish Grand Tour will set out at 5:30pm local time.
