Course Preview

The Critérium du Dauphiné starts and finishes its 2017 edition in Saint Étienne. It’s a hilly stage, with eight categorised climbs to complete over a total distance of 170.5 kilometres.

The riders will pass five of the climbs before reaching the finishing circuit in Saint Étienne, where they’ll travel over the Cat. 3 Côte de Rochetailléé three times before the downhill finish. Each finishing lap is 15 kilometers.

The riders will face 3,113m of total elevation gain.
